My anxiety about layoffs has settled
After seeing 2 layoffs per year at the company I work for since 2021, it was my turn.
June 30th is my last day.
Worse still, last year I spent most of my savings buying land where I want to build a house.
Now I have no income and the runway is short.

So I decided to try becoming an indie hacker.
It's easy to say, I know. Most indie hackers we follow are outliers. Not everyone is an entrepreneur.
But if you never take the shot, right?
I'm not going all-in though. I'll keep applying to jobs because I hate the idea of risking my mental health in the journey.
Starting now, I'll share my indie adventures on X.
I'm 32yo and don't have a super interesting life traveling around the globe like [place the name of a famous indie hacker you know].
But everyone has 1 or 2 stories worth sharing.
Anyway, I'll post about my journey of figuring out what to work on and how it goes.
If you're an indie hacker or want to follow this path, let's connect!
